Digital Mailroom is a web-based, end-to-end workflow solution that streamlines the way you receive and distribute incoming mail.

Digital Mailroom uses state-of-the art technology to extract and index data, automate manual processes, and route mail to recipients via electronic delivery. You choose the rules that establish proper delivery routes and methods for key individuals and departments. They can determine how we’ll process their mail: electronic delivery, physical delivery, archiving, or a combination of these methods.

RECEIVING

We receive mail at our mail processing centers.

PROCESSING

We open, scan, sort, and electronically deliver mail. We store it and transmit an image of the envelope to the recipients with prompts to determine the proper delivery method; or we transmit the image while physically delivering the mail.

DATA EXTRACTION

We extract data such as the mail’s date, recipient number, and sender or receiver address via optical and intelligent character-recognition engines.

INDEXING

Our proprietary technology uses machine learning algorithms to automate the rapid identification and indexing of documents such as claims, invoices, payments, and customer correspondence.

ROUTING

We route and deliver mail according to the business’s rules and the recipient’s preferences. If further action is required, we send the recipient an image of the envelope with prompts for further action.
